What We Do
Refund & Service Adjustment Policy
At our salon, all services are final and we do not offer refunds on completed services. If you are dissatisfied with your hair service, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment. We will be happy to schedule a complimentary adjustment to address any concerns related to the original service. Adjustments must be performed by our salon and are limited to correcting the original service requested. No refunds, credits, or exchanges will be provided after services have been rendered.
